   U.S.A. Orders: United States Postal Service

All United States (U.S.A.) orders are shipped via UPS, a Flat Rate of $5.79 regardless of the size of your order. All orders are insured and traceable by USPS tracking number. We will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when your order ships (usually within 24 to 48 hours). Orders take from 4 to 7 business days to arrive.


   Canadian Orders: Canada Post

 All Canadian (Canada) orders are shipped via Canada Post package service. We will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when your order ships (usually within 24 to 48 hours). Orders take from 3 to 9 business days to arrive.


   Overseas Orders: U.K., Europe, Asia (Australia, New Zealand, Japan, etc.), South America, etc.

All Overseas (orders to countries other than North America) orders are shipped via United States Postal Service with a tracking number, are insured and traceable by the post office once mailed to you. We will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number when your order ships (usually within 24 to 48 hours). Orders take from 7 to 14 business days to arrive. Customs Fees are not calculated by RWE when you place your order. If your country assesses Customs Fees on your order we have no knowledge of those fees or processes.


  Size Exchange & Warranty Replacement Information

   You have thirty days to report & exchange damaged or defective products for warranty replacement. As well, you may exchange any ill fitting items for a different size. You will be charged a minimal fee for shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this policy. Your "Return Product Code" is your order number.
